We expect from you:

• At least 3-6 months of commercial experience.
• Understanding of the IT market and practical experience in sourcing for IT vacancies.
• Independence in decision-making: you can handle a vacancy from receiving information to the candidate's start date.

What you will need to do:

• Cold search for candidates;
• Posting vacancies on job boards;
• Handling incoming applications;
• Developing and implementing various candidate search hypotheses;
• Managing vacancies from receiving requirements to the candidate's start date.

It would be great if you are interested in blockchain technologies and want to grow in this field.
